Kumuri Church Conference
This conference will be a landmark in the history of Anglican church in Kajokeji before Kumuri was chopped down and church descended into splitting into cultic kingdoms and began producing fake and commercial prophets, bishops, wisemen, Apostles and all kinds of thugs. Kajokeji was peaceful and people were happy.
Although this conference is organized by the Kuku ladies, our ladies have never failed the community even once. It must be recalled that, the birth of KCNA was began by women and immediately snatched by greedy men.
Kuimuri is not only a tree, but its spiritual and physical benefits are insurmountable and beneficial to the society.Tree are essential for spirituaqlity. Trees symbolize the circle of life. Even Jesus christ pays price for our sin on a tree or cross. Nakayioma is a tree in Mubende Uganda and revered by many people. It is rumoured that it bears breast that personally I have not neen having paid a visit to it many times. There are many tree in many parts of the world, that are romoured to be wpeaking to some special people.
Something strange happened in Kajokeji at Sokare. This story was narrated to me by a son of the area who is s don of the area and believable. A white missionary and a lady were warned not to cross to the other side at a certain hour to honor a neqrby three that has been there for ages. The whiteman said it was a nonsense and the official jumped out as the vehicle the missionary insisted. But just in a matter of seconds the vehicle was swept , by water and was sinksing. The bystanders rushed for resque and a warning was sent. It is not far from where Isaih Paul and his battalion were inhaliated. But the tree had mercey and allowed him to escape naked.
Not many years ago a logger was warned by a tree not to hurt it. The logger insisted and his grave was not far from that area. For those familiar with Morobo, they can witness that there is a tree that have been cut down many times and in few days it returned to its position in good health.
So when our ladies gave this conference the name of Kumuri, it carries weight to the conference.
The challenge of this conference is that, it should send a signal that, the division of the Anglican church that is important for development of Kajokeji and Kuku mommunity, follows the cutting of Kumuri a guiding spirit from forefathers to let church thrive. It must be realized that, although our forefathers , komonekujong and other elders have been neglected and abused, time is now to embrace them along our original church.
I learned the dangers about the division of church at early age, when Archbishops Brown of Uganda , Ruanda and Boga Zaire said a house divided, and a house built on sand will not stand. He spoke this in English Lugsanda which cannot easily be forgotten.
This has become true, the church has now split into hundreds of denominations, and some of them cannot be trusted. Imagin a church brancing away from the main religion and form a calt.
One come to church to praise God and you are pushed down like a rubbe, people claiming to be prophets began speaking in devolish language called tongues. The gays and lesbians are flocking to S sudan in hundreds and in a fews years the defenders of Gay and lesibian will be in places including Mundri and Kajokeji.
It is for the benefits of the conference whose relatives have been strong defenders of religion in both Uganda and Sudana to stand firm and stick to their faith. This is especially important to Rachel Mogga whose Dad was the vangard of Kajokeji Christians until his death. He travelled with his people in time of peace and suffering. I hope Bishop Lule and Reverend Michael Kiju will also educate people about
The pride of Kuku women are children
